Service Description

A 60 minute Swedish massage is perfect for those that just want to relax. Lighter, long flowing strokes will be used to increase blood flow, reduce tension and relax your muscles to promote flexibility and ease discomfort. Swedish massage is perfect for depression, sleeping problems, anxiety and general aches and pains. Please note: I begin each service with a 5 minute Q&A session which allows me to customize your experience to best suit your needs. The massage time is a full 60 minutes.

Cancellation Policy

Your health and the health of other clients matters to me. To ensure that all clients are treated fairly and are able to receive treatment in a timely manner, Beth Patrick asks that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to change, reschedule or cancel your appointment. Please call or text Beth at 910-470-1786 to cancel or reschedule. If you change or reschedule your appointment without providing a 24 hours notice or fail to keep your appointment (no show), you will be charged a fee of 50% of your appointment cost. Emergencies and cancellations due to sickness will be considered on a case by case basis.
