Service Description

Each client is different and some may need some extra attention to a problem area so if you are dealing with chronic or acute pain, I will customize your massage to address your body's needs. Varying amounts of pressure may be used and stretches may be incorporated into the massage. Hot stones, warm compresses, aromatherapy, massage cupping and analgesics may be used to help with relaxation and getting deeper into the muscle fibers. Please note: I begin each service with a 5 minute Q&A session which allows me to customize your experience to best suit your needs. This is in addition to your massage time.
