Service Description

This session is for people who are dealing with chronic pain in the feet, neck/shoulders or low back/hips. Focusing on the soft tissues (muscles/tendons/ligaments) can greatly reduce the aches and pain in our bodies due to arthritis, plantar fasciitis, headaches/migraines, sciatica, or just years of overuse due to activity. Our bodies can form knots, adhesions and bad muscle memory over time and these areas of tension need extra attention to be released. Multiple sessions in close succession may be needed to find full relief. This is intended for chronic pain, not recent injuries. A 5-10 minute intake will be done to obtain pain history and is in addition to your session.

Cancellation Policy

Your health and the health of other clients matters to me. To ensure that all clients are treated fairly and are able to receive treatment in a timely manner, Beth Patrick asks that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to change, reschedule or cancel your appointment. Please call or text Beth at 910-470-1786 to cancel or reschedule. If you change or reschedule your appointment without providing a 24 hours notice or fail to keep your appointment (no show), you will be charged a fee of 50% of your appointment cost. Emergencies and cancellations due to sickness will be considered on a case by case basis.
