Service Description

Designed for clients who rebook on a monthly basis. Some clients need some extra attention to their muscles when dealing with chronic or acute pain so I will customize your massage to address your body's needs. Varying amounts of pressure may be used and stretches may be incorporated into the massage. Hot stones, warm compresses, aromatherapy, massage cupping and analgesics may be used to help with relaxation and getting deeper into the muscle fibers. Please note: I begin each service with a 5 minute Q&A session which allows me to customize your experience to best suit your needs. This is in addition to your massage time.
